WHO CAN WEAR YOUR TALL MEN'S AND TALL WOMEN'S CLOTHING?
These styles have all been designed to fit men who have a slim-to-regular build but happen to be taller than 6'2. In general, we offer tall men's shirts and tops in Small - 2XL in 2 tall sizes, Tall and Extra Tall. Our tall men's clothing fits men between 6’3”-7’1” who have slim, regular or solid builds. Shorter men with long limbs will find some of our styles work for them, and some men who are taller than 7’1” with slightly shorter limbs might also find styles that suit them. Two of our models for the current season are James and Keston who are both 6’7” and right on the border between our Tall and Extra Tall.
James at 220 lbs wears our Large Tall tops and Keston at 170 lbs wears the Medium Tall t shirts. In most cases, men over 6’7” require our Extra Tall lengths which are 2” longer than Tall. While these two represent the smaller side of our tall sizes (M and L), we also cater to much bigger men (XL and 2XL) over 300 lbs.
Our tall men's pants and jeans actually fit men from about 6’0-7’4. We size all our pants by waist and inseam length ranging from waist size 28" - 42" and inseam length 36" - 40".
These styles have all been designed to fit women who have a slim-to-regular build but happen to be taller than about 5'9". Our "Tall" length generally fits women up to about 6'1, while our "Extra Tall" length fits women up to about 6'5". This varies depending on one's individual proportions. We do have many customers who are shorter than 5'10", and taller than 6'5". Our width measurements are very similar to mainstream sizing.
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT TALL SIZES TO ORDER?

With your measurements you can then use the tall sizes chart that accompanies each style and determine the size that should fit you best. Additionally, you can look at the models and estimate if they are larger or smaller than you are. Our tall men's pants are described by waist and inseam measurement so it is fairly simple to choose the correct size.
WHAT IF I BUY THE WRONG TALL MEN'S OR TALL WOMEN'S CLOTHES ONLINE, OR DON'T LIKE AN ITEM?
No problem! You can exchange or return your item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date as long as it is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and is not a final sale item. We offer free exchanges and free returns for store credit. If you prefer a refund, you can use our flat rate return label ($9 EUR) or ship using your own trackable method. ARE THESE TALL MEN'S AND TALL WOMEN'S CLOTHES EASY TO CARE FOR?
In a word, yes. The gentler you are with your tall clothes, the longer they will remain looking great. Most of our tall clothing can be machine washed and can be put in the dryer on low heat and then pressed. We suggest turning clothes inside out for laundering to protect the surface from abrasion or scuffing. Cotton tall shirts do need some pressing after washing to look crisp. CAN I EXPECT ANY SHRINKAGE?
Most of our garments are pre-washed/shrinkage controlled meaning you can expect roughly 2-3% shrinkage. This information can be found on each individual product page. To minimize shrinkage we recommend washing and hanging to dry or drying in as low heat as possible.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes, we offer electronic gift cards! Upon purchase the gift card code will be emailed to you. You can forward this to the recipient.

joyouslyvibrantlife is a young company (founded in late 2015 by father and son) dedicated to making quality tall men's and tall women's clothing for those who don't fit in regular sized clothing. We jokingly say we make tall and slim men's and women's clothing for people who are "too tall for the mall". And while our tall clothes fit slim and tall men and women, they're perfect for more solidly built, athletic, regular-build tall men and women (XS-2XL), too.

Many of our products are made in Asia, which allows us to offer excellent quality clothing at reasonable prices. We regularly visit our factory partners to ensure that they are maintaining the quality standards we demand and also to witness the working conditions and environment in the factories. By working primarily in major manufacturing hubs we ensure that the factories are compliant with all the municipal and state laws governing employment minimum wage, age and insurance.

There are no duty or brokerage costs in North America! Shipments outside of North America will incur local duty and brokerage charges.

HOW CAN I MAKE A SIZE EXCHANGE?

If we've sent you a wrong or damaged item, please respond to the order confirmation and we'll assist you with a resolution.
Do you offer Price-Matching for promotions and sale events?
Yes, if you notice your item/s is on sale within 14 days of placing your order please feel free to contact us and we will issue a store credit for the value of the discount difference. Please note that we cannot make changes to orders that have previously been discounted. Price adjustments will not be offered during flash sales or "site wide" sales such as Black Friday and Cyber Monday. This also applies to any "Up To" sales, for example, "Up to 30% Off" etc.

Can I combine discounts?
No, you cannot combine discounts or promotions (ie no "stacking" of discounts).
WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?
joyouslyvibrantlife accepts most major credit cards. Payments are processed within Canada so occasionally we experience difficulties with some cards and their "out of country" restrictions. We sometimes experience difficulty with Mastercard. If you have any difficulties please try an alternate method such as Paypal.
In what currency are gift cards/store credits issued?
Our gift cards/store credits are issued in EUR. If you purchase a gift card in another currency, your payment will be processed in that currency, and the gift card will be issued in EUR. Returns for store credit are converted to EUR based on the currency exchange rate at the time the order was processed.
Please note that exchanges and store credit are processed within 2 business days after receiving the package.
Is there a minimum order value for orders?
We do have a policy for international orders. The minimum order value for European countries is currently 225EUR. We ask that your first order be less than $350EUR so you can get familiar with our sizing before placing large orders.

For non-interest bearing orders, debit and credit cards are accepted through Shop Pay. For interest bearing orders, you can only pay using a debit card.
CAN I USE SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS IF I'M AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER
Shop Pay Installments is only available to customers with a United States billing address and phone number. Customers with international billing addresses and phone numbers can't use Shop Pay Installments.
ARE THERE ANY LATE FEES?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
WHAT IF I MISS AN INSTALLMENT PAYMENT?
There are no late fees for customers who miss a scheduled payment. However, partial payments or late payments might impact your credit score, or your eligibility to use Shop Pay Installments in the future. If you have questions about a missed installment payment, then you can contact Affirm support for assistance.
WHAT IF I MAKE A RETURN ON A PURCHASE MADE THROUGH INSTALLMENTS WITH SHOP PAY?
After your refund is processed, the refund amount will appear on your payment schedule within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.
If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, then it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.
If your refund is more than your purchase balance, then the difference is returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
If your order is made with monthly payments, then the paid interest isn't refunded. Interest is the cost of borrowing, and isn't refundable.
