Injector Recipe
60 ml light oil
60 ml water
3 tablespoons/45 ml Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon/15 ml salt
2 teaspoons/10 ml garlic powder
2 teaspoons/10 ml onion powder
1 teaspoon/5 ml ground thyme
1 teaspoon/5 ml ground sage
1 teaspoon/5 ml finely ground black pepper
3 bay leaves
